Whilst residing in London as an undergraduate, I continued with my work on awareness.  Meditating, I slowly became aware of my body and in time the surroundings in which I worked.  I had experienced a level of success some years earlier, particularly whilst travelling to London by train. Preparing for breakfast one morning I emerged, thus aware, into the corridors of Hanover Lodge. Before me, to my sides, behind and within, a heightened state of awareness was achieved. This I maintained, during the walk from my room, through the corridors, the reception area, through the reading room and into the dining area beyond.  Thus aware I entered the refectory, picked up a tray to my right, and placed my left hand directly into the centre of a cool pool of ‘freshly made’ pure orange juice.  The juice was a very small pool of juice. The shelf upon which it lay was a very, very, long shelf.

I have recently revisited many areas from my past, the reasons for which I am not too sure. One location that has particular significance for me lays in the grounds of Portmeirion Village, North Wales. The last time I was in Portmeirion was in 1984.
