Research

Hanover Lodge, Regents Park, London, 1984In Mathematics I have delivered seminars on Tensor Products, Fock Space, Measure Theory, von Neumann Algebras and Quantum Probability. Research has involved Quantum Stochastic Models, Commutative and Non-Commutative Integration Theory, Martingales, Operator Theory, C* Algebras, von Neumann Algebras and Quantum Statistical Mechanics. Papers have been published jointly with colleagues in Quantum Stochastic Calculus. For further details follow the links for quantum probability and mathematics.

In Computer Science I have delivered seminars in Cryptography and Computer and Internet Security. I have been the driving force in establishing Computer Security Groups, created to support and encourage undergraduate and postgraduate research in security related areas. Leading these groups has involved delivering seminars, inviting: guest speakers, colleagues and students, to deliver presentations to the group, for the benefit of the group. Research is predominantly based in secure quantum and classical environments. Papers have been published in entanglement, irreducibility and divisor theory. For further details follow the quantum information and computation link.

In Information Theory I have worked on anonymity publishing jointly with colleagues on Quantum Voting Protocols. For further details follow the quantum voting link.
